The Studentenwerk Leipzig runs a total of 43 student halls of residence in 15 locations with more than 5,200 rooms in shared flats or single apartments. Special housing offers are available for students with children and for wheelchair users. More than 40 students, most of whom live in the halls of residence themselves, are involved as spokespersons for the halls of residence or as tutors for international students. In this way, students can actively participate in shaping their student hall of residence.

Our student halls of residence have been renovated to improve their energy efficiency. We also use exclusively green electricity. The all-inclusive rent covers all costs (water, heating, electricity, minor repairs, etc.). There are no additional payments!
