Our newly refurbished rooms in Mannheimer Straße are ready to move in immediately! Apply now for one of the newly renovated rooms. There are also still rooms available in our other halls of residence in the summer semester. It’s best to get an overview and apply as soon as you have received your admission letter.

Application Procedure

  1. Find out more about our different student halls of residence and the rental prices.
  2. Read the FAQs on our website as well as the Conditions of Tenancy.
  3. For the application procedure, you will need a valid certificate of enrolment or letter of admission at the desired start date.
  4. Complete the online application and send it off (Send).
  5. Once your application has been sent successfully, you will receive an automatic confirmation and further information.
  6. As soon as a suitable room is available, you will receive a room offer from us by e-mail. You can then accept the offer within the mentioned deadline. After the deadline, the room will be allocated to another student and will no longer be available.
    (Unfortunately, it is not possible to view the room before moving in/the start of the tenancy agreement).
  7. After accepting the offer, you will receive further information from us by e-mail. Please always check all e-mail folders (spam, unknown, etc.).
