They will react to your requests and suggestions in a timely manner and try to find a solution. You may also write to our praise and criticism e-mail address or use the feedback cards available on site at the facilities that you can drop off at the praise and criticism letterboxes (“Lob-und-Kritik-Briefkasten”).
