We are happy to learn more about your wishes or concerns. You are welcome to contact the student restaurant or cafeteria managers on site. They will react to your requests and suggestions in a timely manner and try to find a solution. You may also write to our praise and criticism e-mail address or use the feedback cards available on site at the facilities that you can drop off at the praise and criticism letterboxes (“Lob-und-Kritik-Briefkasten”).
Your feedback is important to us and will be documented and answered as part of our quality management, while we incorporate your suggestions into our work. Only your help will enable us to answer to current customer needs and evolve in our work.
