Finding inner peace and resilience even in hard times – techniques can be learned in the workshop.
The workshop deals with mental resilience. The focus will lie on practising abilities for self-regulation, furthermore inner strengths will be mobilised and habitual patterns of thinking and behaving will be questioned.

We will focus on practising abilities for self-regulation as for example conscious attention focusing in order to tolerate challenging emotions, learning to relax despite uncertainty and being present in the Here and Now. Exercises on breath relaxation, imagination, awareness and mini-meditations will be presented and tried.
Furthermore the inner strength of the participants will be mobilised. Habitual patterns of thinking and behaving will be questioned and, if necessary, replaced by new, appropriate strategies. The participants are encouraged to view their current life situations from different perspectives in order to live their everyday lives according to their needs. At the same time a reflection of past successes will be supported in order to activate individual strengths that can help to maintain one's course despite challenges and to pursue personal goals.
