Tableware wanted!

Studentenwerk Leipzig’s Tutors are calling for tableware donations for international students.

More often than not, international students stay for only for one or two semesters in Leipzig—buying a whole new set of tableware isn't reasonable and often too costly. In order to support internationals, Studentenwerk Leipzig's tutors opened the Tableware Exchange a couple of years ago. Tableware that is not needed anymore, can be passed to the Exchange. Students who are in need for dishes and cutlery are happy to receive it.

Whoever wants to donate their tableware, is welcome to do so during the Tableware Exchange's opening hours (Tue & Thu 1-3 pm) at Café der fünf Kontinente (Straße des 18. Oktober 33, ground floor).

Most urgently needed at the moment are pots, pans, cups (no collection cups), cutlery, bowls.
