With RaumTeiler, we want to help you find a place to stay despite the housing shortage in Leipzig. Free of charge, direct, personal.

Individual housing solutions are arranged:

• for short or long-term stays
• in exchange for rent or for support in everyday life (e.g. with shopping or childcare)
• furnished or unfurnished

Who is RaumTeiler for?

• your preferred place in a student residence is not available at the moment,
• you are open to intergenerational or intercultural living,
• you want to live sustainably & make good use of unused space,
