In our Mensa at Home section, we provide our guests with delicious and popular recipes from our Mensas and Cafeterias. This healthy, fresh smoothie is the favourite in Mensa am Medizincampus, also called the "Mr. Brightside":

  • 1 Gurke, frisch
  • 0,75 l Orangensaft
  • ca. 4 Kiwis
  • 2 Äpfel, mittelgroß
  • 4,00 cl Limettensaft

  • Das Obst waschen und schälen (beim Apfel das Kerngehäuse entfernen), alles kleinschneiden und mit dem Mixer oder Smoothie-Maker verarbeiten.
  • Die Mix-Zeit sollte etwa 1 Minute betragen, bis der Smoothie eine einheitliche, cremige Konsistenz hat.
