For Easter we want you to have something sweet, that's why today there is the recipe for homemade curd cheese rolls:
List of ingredients (4 persons)
500g curd cheese
approx. 150g flour
1 package of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
Raisins (for those who like them)
Oil (for frying)
If possible, cook the potatoes the day before and let them cool down. Then press them with a potato press.
The next day, mix all the ingredients together. The mixture must have a chewy consistency at the end and should not stick to your hands too much. If the 150g of flour is not enough, just add some more.
Now form balls that weigh about 80g, put them into the hot pan and flatten them a bit with the turner.
As soon as they are golden brown on both sides, you can put them in the oven at 120°C for about 10 minutes.
