Our psychosocial counselling service is once again offering an online workshop to strengthen resilience. Participants learn to mobilise their inner strength, regulate emotions and question patterns of thought and behaviour.

The current pandemic with all its risks and restrictions to our personal and everyday life is challenging for all of us. Are you worried or do have trouble sleeping? Are you looking to make your everyday life more light-hearted again?
Especially in uncertain times or emotionally difficult situations, it is important to maintain inner tranquillity in order to be able to think and act more clearly.
The workshop "Inner peace and resilience – even in hard times" offered by our psychosocial counselling service is about exactly that. Participants learn how to relax despite uncertainties. With the help of professional instructions and practical exercises, we can support you in becoming more mindful, in mobilising your inner strength and in questioning certain patterns of behaviour.
