Studentenwerk Leipzig supports culture—in our new series Culture Spotlight, we monthly point to a notable supported project. In February, our tip is an acoustic journey into the “Heart of Darkness” and to an imaginary film. The famous director Orson Welles never completed the film version of Joseph Conrad’s famous novella. At the GERÄUSCHKULISSE event, one can listen to the audio play of the never realized project while at the same time learning something about the colonial history that reaches until the present day.
