Beyond Culinary Borders: Students Cooking For Students

International cooking: In student restaurant Mensa Peterssteinweg, students prepare international meals together with our mensa chefs.

International students will cook their favorite recipes from Brasil, China, Yemen, the USA, Pakistan and Zimbabwe together with our mensa chefs in one of our student restaurants. Students of all of Leipzig’s universities and academies are invited to try their meals and chat with our student chefs. The international cooking’s musical background is provided by the Yochai Noah Sadeh Trio which merges different cultures and genres in their music.

Entrance and food is free. Beverages can be bought at usual prices in our cafeteria. We kindly ask you to be on time since our space is limited.
