Here’s today’s regional dish: Spaghetti with turkey ragout and chard, served with a tomato salad. The chard comes from Biohof Hausmann in Rochlitz. The turkey is sourced from Gönnataler Putenspezialitäten in Altengönna. The spaghetti is produced by Teigwaren Riesa in Riesa. The cream is provided by Landgut Nemt in Wurzen. The onions come from Friedrich’s Gut in Trebsen. The tomatoes are supplied by Wittenberg Gemüse GmbH in Lutherstadt Wittenberg and the spring onions are sourced from Bördegarten in Köthen.
