At night, students at all universities have the opportunity to express their concerns anonymously over the phone. At the other end of the line is a trained person who actively listens and can also refer you to an appropriate counselling service, if necessary. The trained persons are students themselves.

The Nightline in Leipzig can be reached during the lecture period every Monday to Friday from 9.00 p.m. to midnight by calling + 49 341 973 7777.

  • Travel insurance for mentally ill persons

As many international health insurances and travel cancellation insurances exclude mental disorders from insurance coverage, we recommend paying close attention to possible exclusion clauses and reading the General Terms and Conditions carefully.
