The first part will deal with the subject "Maintenance claims during your studies", the second one is called "Child maintenance and handling models with their effects on child maintenance".

First lecture: What do your parents have to pay – maintenance claims during your studies

Children who study are entitled to maintenance – still after their 18th birthday. Normally, the maintenance claim is only ineffective with the conclusion of the first vocational training. But which parent generally has to pay until then? On what does the amount of child maintenance depend and what about child allowance?
