Get to know our free service.

Students who have questions or need advice concerning legal issues may contact the Studentenwerk Leipzig Legal Assistance offices free of charge and with prior appointment.

Legal Assistance for students is provided on behalf of Studentenwerk Leipzig by Jens Müller, attorney at SAMMLER & MÜLLER law firm.

An appointment is mandatory. You can schedule an appointment yourself using the online booking calendar. Appointments become available two weeks in advance.

A valid student ID must be presented. The counselling is provided in person, free of charge, and is funded through semester contributions and state subsidies.

Good to know:

Our free legal assistance may be used by duly enrolled students of any of the universities and academies associated with Studentenwerk Leipzig. Furthermore, we kindly ask you to bring along a student identity card with a valid stamp for the current semester.
