Preparatory German Language Course for Refugees at HTWK in Summer Semester 2021

The HTWK Leipzig will again offer German courses to prepare for university studies from April 2021. Both German courses are free of charge for refugees. They take place for approximately 24 hours per week, cover the C1 level of German language skills and will prepare participants for the TestDaF examination.
If possible, the course will be held in class.

Registration
Registration is possible on the HTWK website (more information at the bottom on this page). Without registration and attending a counselling session participation is not possible. The consultation will clarify whether you meet all requirements for admission.
There is no deadline for registration, but it is recommended to register in due time. When applying make sure to take into account the (planned) date of the respective assessment test.

The German course for refugees at HTWK is funded by the DAAD using resources provided by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research.
Some places allocated to people without a refugee background are subject to a fee.
