Changed office hours during the summer period

Some of the office hours in July and August are changed.

Student Housing

• 2-7-2018 to 20-7-2018: Tuesday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. // Thursday 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• 23-7-2018 to 3-8-2018: No office hours (appointments upon prior arrangement)
• 6-8-2018 to 17-8-2018: Tuesday 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. // Thursday 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Do you have questions on student housing? Our hotline +49 341 9659 880 is available Mondays to Fridays from 9 to 11 a.m. (effective from 2-7-2018 to 5-10-2018).

Student Service Center (SSZ)

The SSZ has reduced opening hours in July and August:

• Monday 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.
• Tuesday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Wednesday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Friday 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Social Counselling

Office hours at SSZ due to the changed opening hours:

• Tuesday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Thursday 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.

BAföG Service at SSZ

Student Job Office

In July and August, the Student Job Office is closed on Mondays and Fridays. The temporary opening hours are as follows:

• Tuesday 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
• Wednesday 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

Legal Advice

From 12 July to 1 August 2018, there will be no legal advice by Mrs Groffik at Goethestraße 6. Legal assistance still takes place at the Lawyer's Office Eva Poppe.
