Here’s today’s regional dish: Homemade meatball with carrot vegetables and fresh mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes. The potatoes are supplied by Friweika from Weidensdorf. For the mashed potatoes, we use country milk from Landgut Nemt in Wurzen. The carrots and onions come from Bio Gemüse AG in Dresden. The minced pork (husbandry level 4) is Teutschenthaler Naturfleisch from Dietzels Fleisch- und Wurstwaren GmbH in Teutschenthal. Enjoy your meal!📍🍽️
