Here’s today’s regional dish: King oyster mushrooms on creamy lentil ragout, stir fry potato. The potatoes come from Börde Vita in Wanzleben and the king oyster mushrooms from Mushroom Park in Torgau. For the lentil ragout, we use lentils from Eckardt Voigt in Leisnig, as well as carrots and onions from Bio Gemüse AG in Dresden. The crème fraîche is supplied by Landgut Nemt in Wurzen. Enjoy your meal!📍🍽️
