Whether it’s stress, tension, fear of performing or personal problems that make studying difficult – we help HMT students with special offers on:
- dealing with stress and stage fright
- exam and performance anxiety
- motivation problems
- learning and work difficulties
- fears and worries about the future
We also offer counselling on the following topics:
- Dealing with mental illness
- Self-esteem and contact difficulties
- Partnership and sexual problems
- Alcohol, drugs and other addictions
Counselling Services
Individual Counselling
An initial consultation lasts about 50 minutes and can be used for HMT-specific concerns as well as general concerns. Please make an appointment via our appointment tool.
Individual Counselling is preferably offered in presence but also via telephone or video. Please indicate which option you choose when making an appointment.
