Today, the vegan dish is available at two serving counters directly next to each other. The vegetarian dish can be found today at the fish counter.
All Mensas will be closed on 15 May. Mensa am Park will also remain closed on 16 May.
Here’s today’s regional dish: Warm lentil and asparagus salad with Mediterranean grilled cheese. The lentils come from Eckhard Voigt Farm in Leisnig. The green asparagus is sourced from Beelitz. The Mediterranean frying and grilling cheese is supplied by Vorwerk Podemus in Dresden. The peppers are provided by Wittenberg Gemüse from Lutherstadt Wittenberg. It is served with mixed bread from Backhaus Hennig in Zwenkau.
