Here’s today’s regional dish: Warm lentil and asparagus salad with Mediterranean grilled cheese. The lentils come from Eckhard Voigt Farm in Leisnig. The green asparagus is sourced from Beelitz. The Mediterranean frying and grilling cheese is supplied by Vorwerk Podemus in Dresden. The peppers are provided by Wittenberg Gemüse from Lutherstadt Wittenberg. It is served with mixed bread from Backhaus Hennig in Zwenkau.
