Monthly Open Space
The International Meet Up is an open space for international students from Leipzig’s universities associated with the Studentenwerk. During the Meet Up, students can socialise and exchange ideas with others over tea and biscuits. It’s a great chance to connect with people from around the world and chat in a relaxed atmosphere.
The social counselling service of Studentenwerk Leipzig will also be present to answer any social, financial or personal questions you may have. The Meet Up is also a great opportunity to speak and practice German – whether you’re a beginner or a native speaker, all levels are welcome in this safe space.
Special event in May:
“Swipe Right on Stress: How to Stay Cool in a Digital World” – Join us for an input session on digital stress and practical tips on how to deal with it.
This event is organized in cooperation with Techniker Krankenkasse and extrazwei.
Event language: English and German (and sometimes other languages, depending on who’s there)
No registration needed – just drop by and bring your friends or flatmates!
