Our second listed residential building is situated at Talstraße. Built in 1890, it was renovated until May 2011. It now offers housing for 64 residents in single apartments or shared flats of 5 single rooms each, with ensuite bathrooms and shared kitchen. This hall of residence is located near the University Hospital and near the canteen Mensa Liebigstraße.

- take tram 12 (departs from directly in front of the main station) direction Technisches Rathaus until the stop 'Johannisallee' on Ph.-Rosenthal-Straße

From the main railway station drive to Augustusplatz, then turn left onto Grimmaischer Steinweg, then turn right onto Talstraße - the student residence is on the right hand side
