In our sustainability themed student restaurant Mensa Peterssteinweg we started using eco-labeled napkins and toilet tissue in the beginning of winter semester 2015/16. Cleaning products we use are also sustainable. We particularly look for products that are easily biodegradable and have little packaging waste. Additionally, we provide straws actually made of straw, more and more vegan and vegetarian dishes and - in all our facilities - fair trade coffee and tea.
