Keynote speech and Q&A session: What do your parents have to pay - maintenance claims during your studies
Contents:
Children who study are entitled to maintenance – still after their 18th birthday. Normally, the maintenance claim is only ineffective with the conclusion of the first vocational training. But which parent generally has to pay until then? On what does the amount of child maintenance depend and what about child allowance? These and further urgent questions will be answered by the lawyers of the law office SAMMLER & MÜLLER during the first event.
Keynote speech and Q&A session: "Child maintenance and handling models with their effects on child maintenance"
Contents:
Children are entitled to child maintenance. If the parents live together with their child, the question normally does not arise, but which clamis are there if other living constellations and support models are the case? Which connection is there between child maintenance and support model? What do I have to pay attention to if I think about a support model? Do I have maintenance claims towards the other parent (child support)? These and further urgent questions will be answered by the lawyers of the law office SAMMLER & MÜLLER during the second event.
