Here’s today’s regional dish: Saxon potato and leek soup – with your choice of sausage or king oyster mushrooms. The potatoes come from Friweika in Weidensdorf. The leeks are supplied by Friedrichs Gut in Trebsen. The celery comes from Gartenbaubetrieb Plänitz in Radebeul, the onions from Biohof Paulsen in Wermsdorf. The king oyster mushrooms come from Mushroom Park in Torgau, the sausage from Fleischmanufaktur Dietzel in Teutschenthal. The mustard is from Bautzner in Bautzen and the mixed bread is baked by Backhaus Hennig in Zwenkau. Enjoy your meal!📍🍽️
