Mensas and Cafeterias,  student housing, BAföG and various counselling and info services are part of the wide range of offers provided by the Studentenwerk Leipzig. Leaflet "BAföG at a glance" (German only)

What is BAföG? Who is eligible for it and how is the amount of BAföG support calculated? These questions, among others, are answered in the leaflet "BAföG at a glance". For individual advice, please contact the Department for Grants.

Leaflet "Student Housing"

Our Student Housing Department is in charge of a total of 43 student residences in 15 housing complexes, in which we exclusively use green electricity. The all-inclusive rents for our shared flats and single apartments include all utility charges. More information and a list of all halls of residence can be found in the leaflet "Student Housing".

Leaflet "Studying with Child(ren)"

The Social Counselling Service of the Studentenwerk Leipzig provides special counselling and service offers for students with children. Among other things, there are  information events held regularly and a student family centre, the StuFaz. An overview of all offers can be found in the leaflet "Studying with Child(ren)".
