Short Consultation
Offer of our psychosocial counselling service: contact us for a first conversation of 20 minutes.
Please note
If you have any symptoms of illness or feel unwell, please refrain from visiting in person. In such cases, please use the contactless options of telephone or video counselling or make a new appointment.
The sessions take about 20 minutes and enable you to contact us rapidly. You can use them to bridge the time until the next available individual counselling session or as a first support for your concern. It is as well possible to get a follow-up appointment faster via Short Consultation than via the appointment allocation for the counselling sessions.
Short Consultation is offered in presence with short-term appointments. New appointments for the same week are released on Mondays between 10.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. Please use our online appointment tool for this.
You can use Short Consultation by telephone without prior registration during the following telephone consultation hours:
Tuesdays 1.30 p.m. to 2.30 p.m.
Thursdays 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m.
