Instructions for Online application

Welcome to our Online application pages for a room in the student halls of residence.

Please follow these steps for your application: 

  1. Get to know our student halls of residence and choose up to three halls you would like to live in. 
  2. Apply here for a room in the student halls. You will need a study offer or enrolment form in pdf-format valid for the date you want to move in.
  3. We offer you a room with your authentication data.
  4. Authenticate yourself.
  5. Accept the offer on your user account.
  6. Then you will receive from us a binding reservation and an appointment to contract.
  7. Please go and see your contact person, taking all the necessary documentation with you, and sign the rental agreement.
