There are currently no news updates or fault messages in place for studNET.
Internet connection and use
Internet access is included in the rental price in all student halls of residence and is available 24 hours a day. High-speed connections are available everywhere for this via studNET. Monthly data volumes are currently limited to 20 GB. You can call up your current data volume at any time via your personal residential service account (login as with studNET).

Contact persons
There are students on hand in all of the halls of residence to help internet users. If you have any questions or problems, they can be contacted via the network postbox in the halls of residence or by email (see below).
Furthermore, our studNET office is available to answer any questions:
- Office hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-4 p.m. in the halls on Straße des 18. Oktober, 23/211
- Hotline: Mondays to Fridays 12-1 p.m. on 0341/ 22 96 000 (except public holidays)
