Halls representatives 2010

In all halls of residence there are halls representatives. They are student contact persons and represent the interests of halls residents when it comes to questions and problems arising from all aspects of life in halls.

Particularly in your first few weeks, they help you to quickly get your bearings in Leipzig. There are up to 32 such halls representatives on hand to ensure that the communal rooms in each of the buildings in all of the halls are always full of life. They also organise events, barbecues and games evenings and actively participate in the organisation of the halls of residence.

Halls representatives, tutors and employees of the Studentenwerk meet once a month to discuss pending issues, and every year they go on a weekend seminar together.
